How does the shipping work?

Domestic (NL) orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via the shipping method of your choice. Please allow 3-4 business days for our team to process your order during the sale. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. We are not responsible/liable for long delivery times during busy times at shipping parties. Shipments outside the Netherlands may take longer to arrive, we aim to get all foreign shipments to your shipping adres within 7 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

You are entitled to free shipping on a domestic (NL) order over €50. We offer free shipping on orders outside the Netherlands above €75.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. After 30 days, we cannot provide a full replacement or refund for products that wear out over time. It may take 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen or returned to sender?

Made Somewhere is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Made Somewhere is not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments returned to us due to an error in the address provided and returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

Can I return my hair clips or other accessories?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. If you have more questions about a product before you purchase, please send us a message!
