Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Damaged/defective items
If the goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, please always contact customer service. Send an email with your order number and a photo of the item to madesomewherestudio@gmail.com. After 30 days we can no longer provide a solution. It may take 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Stolen goods
Made Somewhere studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Made Somewhere is not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
